3 stars: The app itself is okay but so much is confusing. How do we know what needs prior authorization? Why do so many of my meds say switch to home delivery but when I attempt it, I get mail saying it can be picked up at the pharmacy? This is not satisfactory when you advertise that most medications can be home delivered.
3 stars: If you order more than one prescription, sometimes it shows a problem or something else wrong, where it is hung up etc. So you can't tell which script is coming and which is hung up without a phone call. Sometimes a medication is on there under n/a, I don't know what that means either since below I will see the script being processed. If I didn't have a bunch of diseases and a bunch of prescriptions it would probably be very good.
5 stars: No problem getting meds delivered on time and accurate. Reminder service is a good feature if you take many meds (and I do !). I find reupping scripts tedious (1st I have remember to do it, then I send a txt to the right prescribing doctor ; there are three and lastly doctor's staff has to remember to do it. They are all good people but VERY busy. So far no misses. I don't know how they do it )
