3 stars: The actual service is great, but the app is killing me recently. Sometimes it shows cars one minute, then in another, there would be no cars around. Or I'd go to a car and it's not there. Also, it gives errors when I click to view a past trip. Would also be nice to see the usage time or time off rental while using the car.
5 stars: Easy to use and good support
4 stars: The app suffices for my purposes. I've used the service 3 times so far with zero issues. It would make sense for the app to include time information (i.e., what time did the current car usage start) but that hasn't been particularly critical for me since I've basically done only 24 hour windows so far. Overall, I'm pleased.

4 stars: Great service but the app and the website user experience is pretty bad.
4 stars: concepts great and I use the service all the time. however, the UI def needs improvement. Adding the time the car was taken out for example helps a lot for daily rates; the amount of fuel left while reserving. And please bring designated parking areas especially in downtown so no more searching for parking.
