4 stars: Nice and valuable App, but it is observed that a lot of items posted especially vehicles, remains on the platform even after it has been sold for several months. It is discouraging to call for an item and you are told it has been sold long time ago, but the item remains on the list. Posters of items to be sold should be encouraged to remove items from the platform immediately after sale. Thank you.
4 stars: This is a lovely app. Anything you want online you must get it with jiji compared to other online store. But you didn't get my 5star because you don't remove your old ads. I contacted someone for a product and she said sold but it updated till when I want it and also till today, not good though but a great app.
4 stars: I have sent email to customer support and still having same issue with this app. Server error for a month now. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled app severally but still same error. .. .. .. Very good app but since 5 days now I have been seeing connection error. App ain't opening. 4 stars: Very good App. But for some reason I couldn't change my password, neither through the app or through the website. Had to login with my Facebook account, which I didn't want to do. The full screen adds are annoying too. But I understand that's how you make money.
