4 stars: Overall easy to use. Would like to be able to extend (pay for additional day's) the length of a rental via the app vs having to call the store to do so.
4 stars: Over all easy to use app once you get a good idea of your area and where to go. just wish they would be able to show which actual cars are available at each location that way there no wait time on the phone or having to just go to the location to find out and think a car that you want is available but then find out it isn't is a bit of a let down.
5 stars: Works great! I'm not sure what else to say. I reserve cars and earn points, and only have a problem if I start a reservation and then get distracted for a while. It's easy to start over, because the app retains my information (including pick-up and drop-off times), and I know what class of car I want!

5 stars: App is amazingly easy to use. I was able to modify my rental dates with no issues whatsoever! So much easier than calling in and waiting on hold forever lol I love Enterprise as I ALWAYS rent cars from them for all of my travelling needs. Customer care at our local office in Clarksville, TN is excellent!
5 stars: Love that app! Easy to use to make a reservation and checking on prices. You can always modify your reservation too if you need to make changes before the date. Thank you Enterprise for making my life easier!
