4 stars: I really enjoy this app, and have done the 20-minute workout for years. However, as much as I appreciate the correct grammar of the new version, we really need to hear when to release the pose to give us time to set up for the next one without having to look at our screen.. 5 stars: Just perfect for my needs. I am over 60 and have practiced yoga on and off for about 10 years and I find this app the perfect practice for my level of fitness and needs. However I purchased the full app (premium) several years ago on an apple device and now I have an android (samsung) and don't know how to get the full app on this device. But am still very happy with the free version.
4 stars: SIMPLE enough to use, app SHOWS \u0026 TELLS you what to do, for easy following of STEPS. DOESN'T NEED a CONNECTION, which most apps do, for OFF GRID STRETCHING. Money's a bit tight but I've bought the Daily Workouts(a while ago) \u0026 know it's great, esp with extra features. I'll consider going pro on this too when it's on sale.
3 stars: I like the women's clear, natural voice and direction. I would love more poses to be offered in the free version so you can keep up a challenge. Maybe I will be persuaded to pay the $20+ dollars if I see a promising update of this recommendation. Thanks guys!
