5 stars: Game is fab, most recent improvement of backing up to the cloud DOESN'T WORK! So annoying that there is now an error box that pops up several times through the game and no matter what I can't clear it! Sort yourselves out..
4 stars: I had the game practically completed last year and connected to my Google play account. I deleted it because I was running low on storage and assumed my progress was saved in the cloud. I reinstalled it today and all my progress is gone, also there is a frame rate problem. Obviously I still like the game though because I had it completed.
4 stars: This is a great game but I have been lagging and there is quite a few more ads than the last I played it but everything else is fine. I played this in 2012-2013 and the format has changed which is kinda weird to get used to, overall it's a great game.
4 stars: When I had problems transferring my progress from one device to another, their customer support was very active in trying to fix the issue. Unfortunately in my case it could not be recovered, but they did their best to make amends and I'm very appreciative for this.
5 stars: Awesome game loved it when i was small but i dont know y the game is hanging so much if we want to see any add or skip it please fix the issue as soon as possible so we can enjoy it❤ When will be the next event after hygeine event n if one event is completed so how many days it takes to start a new event????
