4 stars: It's always handy as I need it to be. Only thing is that I wish I could rent it for like 1 or 2 hours but unfortunately that's not the minimum other then that, it's an awesome means of rental options
5 stars: App has some problems getting signal in parking garages sometimes but the service is indispensable. My go-to when I need a car in the city, thanks for what you do Getaround
5 stars: Reliable!! Very seamless user experience too. It also works if you have an international driver s license like me.
3 stars: Updated 6/2020; They recently doubled the per reservation price and keep all of it (not shared with vehicles owner). Still the the best company out there for short-term car rentals . Peace :)
3 stars: The app is ok, process being approved and renting is easier than most like this and for that it gets closer 4 stars, but the features of the app and the way you have to search and view the cars isn't great. Comparing this to layout of turo app there's no comparison. BUT Turo customer service SUCKS! so far getaround beats them!
4 stars: Convenient way to rent cars is the city. We're able to pick up and drop off within a block of our apartment. App can be a bit slow at times, and some cars have minor issues. On the whole, though, good value and works well
4 stars: Wonderful! So easy to use and very reliable. I even had a small issue locking the car once and customer service came to my rescue right away! They were so nice and helpful.
