4 stars: I have connected camera to wifi through router,so when my mobile is connected to same wifi connection Iam able to connect camera to my mobile but when I go far the wifi connection get lost and when I turned on my mobile data It's showing device is offline please fix this problem

3 stars: I'm unable to get pass the 3-2 in the booklet after the reset button has been pressed for 15 seconds, just keeps saying operation failed, any help appreciated. Thanks.
