3 stars: Service itself has been pretty great, but the app leaves much to be desired. Notifications are pretty intense (text and push notifications at the same time, maybe that's user error), can't support the traffic on busy nights (Fridays and Saturdays it'll crash or just malfunction horribly), and my city could really use more options to order from. Love it for the convenience, though.
4 stars: Great app, and great service 9 times out of 10. I've had a few mess ups here and there but postmates usually resolves it fairly if that ever happens. Easy app to use. Only complaint I have is they tell you the store is closed /after/ you set it up for delivery which is frustrating. Other than that super easy and useful!
5 stars: I use it frequently as i don't always have time to cook.They offer great deals and many restaurant options throughout the day. Simple to use and Drivers are friendly. The only issue i've had was deciding what to eat. Deals are posted* If you spend more than$15 free delivery for selective restaurants.* I use that often and always take care of delivery person. Bon appetit
3 stars: Way to many notifications. Ive used the app maybe 3 times total, but I get at least 3 notifications a day about the same things over and over and over again. I get it. Free delivery whoohoo. Dont need to send me literally 21 notifications in 1 week about it. Thanks but no thanks. Go blow up someone else's phone.
