4 stars: I was so glad to fine this app. I had been using a different platform for years but this year you have to pay a crazy amount to use it. This app is mostly free and very good. Wish there were a few other options like is helpful, is trying hard. I would also like when the calls are over it goes to a black screen for a bit longer to give parents a chance to get phone back. But that is getting picky. I would suggest this for everyone.
5 stars: Amazing. The customisations are wonderful and the ability to have a call just to say they're doing a good job at school or that they're not behaving as well as usual as well as everything else you can do is amazing. Second year running I'm using this absolute gem of an app. This really does amplify the magic for my little dudes.
3 stars: Same issue as everyone else it seems, subscribed last year, this year the app.has seemed to have forgotten about the subscription, and have to contact support. Otherwise good! Will upgrade rating once issue with subscription is resolved.
5 stars: Super Cute! My kids loved the phone call, and video from Santa! I paid the $1.99 for the premium package, and it was worth it. If you are looking for something with a ton of detail and personalization, this app may not be what you're looking for. This app is cute, and simple. My kids can text Santa any time, and check his voicemail to see what he's up to. I definitely recommend this app.
