5 stars: App is amazingly easy to use. I was able to modify my rental dates with no issues whatsoever! So much easier than calling in and waiting on hold forever lol I love Enterprise as I ALWAYS rent cars from them for all of my travelling needs. Customer care at our local office in Clarksville, TN is excellent!
5 stars: Easy to use. Easy to read options on screens, calendars, car choices, etc. I rent often and App is another reason I use Enterprise, in addition to the Pick Up Service, very clean cars, and usually very good Customer Service at counters.
3 stars: App continually will not receive entries and move to next step in reservation process. I am a platinum user and rent several times every month, but I'd much rather use the website. Now in June 2020, the same issue still exists. This should be corrected
5 stars: I love using enterprise rent a car. As a member, you rack up points and use them for upgrades and free rentals. The app keeps all of your upcoming and past rentals organized.
5 stars: I have used this for several rentals and have only had one issue and it was not a difficult problem to get fixed. I will continue to use this app and Enterprise because they have had the best customer service of all rental places I have used.
