3 stars: I had a problem, i contacted support. Support told me to contact them after 72 hours for the resolution. I asked them, shouldn't you contact me as soon as the resolution is available? \
3 stars: The sound when you press the boarding button is so annoying and being in India you should have known that at least 3 people are going to press it at a time. Please change that sound in the next update.
4 stars: Unable to reach Driver on call is a major drawback of this app. Many a days happened that I had to loose shuttle since the cab stood a little away from where I stood and then the shuttle went away.
