5 stars: Amazing, makes my problems seem somehow more real seeing it all on an app, sounds weird but it makes complete sense to me and my Crohns. Let's you see how your disease controls you and helps build a better picture.

5 stars: I love this app. Great information and support plus somewhere for me to track my UC and keep a diary of symptoms/treatments/side effects/appointments/medication. It tracks my mood and symptoms so that I'm able to see patterns etc. Couldn't be without it as there is so much to remember, especially when attending appointments and updating my consultant/IBD Nurse.
4 stars: Could be a great little app with a few tweaks, It's shame that my hospital isn't on here as it would come in handy as my hospital no longer has an IBD nurses and it very difficult to get hold of anyone on my ibd team.
5 stars: A great app for IBD sufferers. Really well thought out, can keep a record of medications and get reminders, also upcoming appointments, a daily diary monitoring health and happiness and also a place where we can contact our medical team if needed.
5 stars: Fantastic app. Love the graphics and the way it links you with your hospital. Would recommend as a great way to track symptoms, exercise and more.
