4 stars: Missing a few basic exercises. Clean and military press, one handed swing, full get up etc. Also the limit on custom exercise is 90 sec. I wasn't able to make an exercise in which i could do each hand of a one handed swing for a minute with a 15 sec break. Maybe I have to look harder.
5 stars: Love this App. Easy to use and understand. Downloaded to replace gym during lockdown. Will not be returning to gym. This App, along with my exercise bike and ball, gives me all I need for a varied effective workout. Already seeing and feeling results after 2 weeks that I never really got in the gym!!! Worth paying the little for the access to the whole App.
5 stars: As expected, this app provides you with some good workouts for all levels. The example videos for each exercise are much appreciated too!! No bugs, no annoying adds during the workouts, I'm very happy with it so far.
5 stars: I really love this app. Super easy, great visuals, and challenging. Only complaint is in app volume. I can't hear the prompts all of the time when I have my music on too with my headphones.
