5 stars: Exceptional product. Easy to install, and requires no additional equipment to remotely. operate the locks. I'm recovering from a revision of my left hip replacement which means a complete re-do of original surgery. While I am healing, these locks give me the assurance that noone will be able enter my home unless I want to let them in. Thank you Schlage.
4 stars: I bought the most expensive lock. Id have hoped for a sensor that lets me know the lock is actually in the bolt hole and not cracked open. Other than that i really like my lock and ease of use of the app. Love that it tells me.when the batteries are getting low.
5 stars: Awesome but would love to get different push notification sounds for different code entries you can hear which people are coming and going. Also be handy to see who is coming and going in the text push notifications so you don't have to open the app and check each entry.
3 stars: This app is okay. It works 70% of the time. When it works however, sometimes the app is slow to pair and operate the lock (it would take up to 5 seconds for the app to detect the lock and unlock it).
5 stars: The lock itself is fantastic and this latest app update has greatly improved the app experience. The app is much faster to load and connect to the lock and accessing the settings no longer takes a long time to load. Very happy with the app now
