3 stars: How do you maintain virtual assistant chat window open? when i accidentally clicked other menu (home, feedback, etc) and i click back to chat menu again, it starts over with captcha entry. (Not to mention if i switch to other apps and back to pln app again) Please fix it

3 stars: It returns to the login page everytime I open another app. Quite annoying. Even mobile banking app has longer period to retain in the current process, not instantly close and back to the login page.
