4 stars: It works as advertised. After months it lost wifi \u0026 I had to reset the lock \u0026 reinstall app but ok for last few weeks. It doesn't backup the access codes to cloud so had to re-enter. Silly it notifies even when you lock/unlock w/ app.
5 stars: This is the best lock. We purchased it in the lead up to renting out our house while were on holidays. Multiple users? No problem. Scheduled access? No drama. Built in WiFi without the need for an ugly box next to the door? Done. I just love it, and the app is intuitive in its layout and does everything we need. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up. Fine family fun.

4 stars: Works ok. The interface is odd and not intuitive. Assigning virtual keys is odd as it gets into share mode and there is no way back if you failed to share the key. Also on the receiving side of the key you can't just click and add the number, you have to go through the link gets you to the store you have to click open and so on.
