4 stars: I have had the app for a week and am enjoying keeping track of my stats, but there are days I get busy and can't record things till the next day. Unfortunately the app doesn't allow you to do so. I have this abilities with other apps for other health tracking. That is something I would appreciate.
4 stars: Great way to keep track of weight, sleep and health! You can time how much time you fast and it tells you the stages! Only thing it needs is a water Piller to keep track of water intake, but good overall.
5 stars: It helps me to achieve a balance within each day and keep track of all areas that are important to my health. I LOVE IT!
