Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > Elegance

Apex Launcher:
Apex settings > Theme settings > Elegance > Apply

Go Launcher EX:
Themes > Installed > Elegance > Apply

ADW Launcher:
ADW Settings > Themes > Elegance > Apply

Holo Launcher:
Appearance Settings >Icon pack > Elegance

Recommended Settings:->

Nova:
1)Nova Settings>Drawer>Drawer app Grid , Set it to 5 Rows and 5 Columns
2)Nova Settings>Background Transparency , Set it between 50-60%

Apex:
1)Apex Settings>Drawer Settings>Portrait grid , set it to 5x5
2)Apex Settings>Drawer Settings>Drawer background Transparency , set it to 50%
3)Apex Settings>Dock Settings , scroll to last and tick 'Hide dock divider'

Go launcher:
1)Preferences>Appearance Settings>App Drawer, set it to 4x5 or 5x5

For other launchers:
1)Set drawer background transparency to 50%
2)Hide dock separator line(if possible)
3)change app drawer grid to 5x5 or 4x5(depending on your screen size)
