3 stars: Works okay but is misleading when it comes to the redemption process: at Cobb theaters, ignore the ticket-taker instructions. Instead there is a kiosk that you have to use to enter your redemption code manually. Although the code is alpha-numeric, it works out that you only enter the numeric portion. Kind of non-intuitive. Surprisingly it's not equipped to read the QSR image, why not make it easy with a QSR reading kiosk?
3 stars: Convenient but doesn't always work right. There have been several times where it says ticket purchase failed and then taken the money anyway. Then when you try again it double charged you. It's happened a few times. Also it doesn't always report linked information for theater rewards. I have had many issues with their regal communication, and contacting customer service does nothing because they say there is nothing wrong.
3 stars: The app helps see several theaters at once, but their rewards program does not acknowledge that a gift card payment should be like cash. The rewards program does not allow a person to accumulate points or redeem a promo code when paying with a gift card. But the gift cards are bought with cash.
5 stars: Always helpful in showcasing movies available with reviews and trailers and locations and times wherever I am in the area. Just bought tickets online for first time. Simple and easy and worth the fee to book in advance and choose seats. One of my favorite apps for managing my movie addiction.
