3 stars: Using this app daily now. Really good to use if you have a busy schedule. Dont really like the recent update. Sound unmutes when changing from warmup to the actual exercises. Also a lot of the exercise routines have changed. Upper body strength feels near impossible now despite me being able to do the old routine daily for a month.
4 stars: I do love this app, use it 20 minutes before work everyday. Did have a \nbreak and 'perfect butt' where to?!? Agree that the upper body seems much \nharder than before, but then again good motivation to keep going!
