5 stars: Best fitness app I've ever used . I used to be so clueless when I step into the gym because I'd have a plan, but never had a backup or an alternative. This app not only includes video clips but also a written description on how to do exercises! I'm a visual learner so I absolutely love the clips! \u0026 a plus foot the nutrition part! All the recipes are easy!
4 stars: It's a very good way to stay motivated. Unfortunately there are some silly typos. Ex. An exercise will say 3 rounds of descending reps of 12, 10, 8, and 6 which is obviously really 4 rounds. But all in all, a well balanced routine. I really appreciate the activation and warm-ups--especially important to avoid injury.
4 stars: It still needs a lot of work and added features, but from what I've seen it constantly gets better, wich is good. Wish the preview of videos didn't stop my music every time I wanna watch it, and i wish there was a countdown every time you do an exercise instead of just a general clock.
5 stars: This has been a such amazing experience. I have never sticked to a workout app. This is perfect for me and the community is super caring and supportive. I am amazed on how my body has changed and tonned as i have never got before. This is life changer!!! Thanks so much for all Tone and Sculp team! You are amazing! ❤️❤️❤️
