4 stars: Great app, but does need some work on integration of all the features. Music without using voice is still a bit of a challenge. App doesn't stay on a page if you don't use the app switcher, selecting the app icon opens the app on the welcome page causing you to have to navigate back through all of the pages to get back to the controls you were previously using; this becomes frustrating when using the smart home controls.
5 stars: I love my Alexa. I use it everyday for reminders and music. I also love the drop in feature for my grandmother now that's she's older she doesn't always hang up her phone and we get worried, so I just call her from my Alexa to hers. She feels very safe with it knowing she can just talk to it to call us if she's not feeling well or if she should happen to fall. We put one in her living room and one in her bathroom/bedroom.
3 stars: The app is pretty okay. I need to be able to disable reminders sometimes (like today, a holiday) but the only way to do that is to go through the app and change the repetition from weekdays to certain days or weekends. With 30+ reminders that's unreasonable. Amazon, make that a thing. I should be able to just say \
5 stars: I really like this app and the shopping list is very useful. But what would be very help is if you could reposition items on a list once the list is complete, so you could move all items, for one shop, into the same area. Example shopping for Sainsbury's, then Boots, then Homebargain...
