3 stars: Error message was incorrectly identifying a maxed out credit card as a network error. If it had correctly said the card was declined I would have used a different card. Instead I ordered Pizza again only to find out that that card was at its limit and I had to pay with a different one. You guys still have a lot of work to do on this app before you release it. The online process wasn't any better.
3 stars: When I first started using the Doordash I'd give it 5 stars. Now after using it for almost a year I'd have to give it 3 stars. Past 3 times now the app hasn't been working or seems to lag. Also, past few times now the delivery time has changed by 30 to 35 minutes from the original time. Used to work wonderfully though and now it's just suffered the past few months and hasn't been what it used to be.
4 stars: Mostly positive, the drivers are nice, however they all seem to use the same GPS which takes them to places way down my road on either side instead of my house. In fairness none of the houses are numbered but I use Google maps and get right to my own home so I'm not sure what's up with it. Still good especially now that we can determine tips better.
4 stars: This is great and I use it often... But it's really annoying when you order something like Mexican food but you don't get any salsa or chicken strips with no dipping sauce. That should be a given. The vendors should read the additional comments and honor them when possible. Also, adding menu item...
