5 stars: Excellent and healthy! This is a perfect option for me and my husband being empty nesters who both work fulltime. We still have to fun of the meal prep without the hassle of having to go to the grocery store. We've tried other meal delivery options and none come close to the quality we get from Hello Fresh!
4 stars: The app is fine, a help option would be nice. I love the recipes, everything I've tried is great. The produce could be fresher, I get my delivery on Thursday, I would expect things to still be fresh in Sunday; tomatoes mushy, lemon withered and dry, zucchini wrinkled and browning. I like the food well enough to continue ordering, just have to replace the produce sometimes.
3 stars: It was nice for a while (for all the reasons people love it) but multiple times I got moldy cheese, less-than-fresh vegetables, and broken packaging. Now none of these things are super bad on their own, but twice I've gotten raw chicken that has leaked throughout the box, contaminating the chicken as well as other foods. I won't be continuing with Hello Fresh, but I do recommend others try it.
5 stars: Loving it so far. Recommended by a friend. Brilliant recipes with timers on the app to guide you. Feel like I'm learning in my own personal cookery class each time, adding new skills for the future. Plus I don't end up spending a fortune on wasted food we don't use! Well done to the Hello Fresh team!
