4 stars: a total lifesaver of an app. getting things picked up or delivered with a busy schedule, has never been easier. pros - no bugs that i have noticed. easy to use and varied task options. cons - the menu for many stores is incomplete. the delivery guys need adequately training. also they often cheat on actual prices of small ordinary products. prices vary as per partner which is a problem.
5 stars: Very helpful app. Got me medicine at the time of need when i was very sick and couldn't go out,it was raining heavily still the guy got me medicine in no time. I really thank the entire team for the effort. Keep up the good job.
4 stars: Sometimes very good. Sometimes not very good. I keep getting msgs saying my area is not serviceable inspire of being in the heart of the city. Today was very strange. Even after the app said not possible I continued to press continue and the app responded and I got my package delivered. Don't know how that happened 👍

4 stars: one less star cause of the payment glitches in Amazon and PayPal, which I've been facing since I've started using Dunzo. I'm just not able to make any transaction through the cited e-wallets. on selecting, the app freezes which leads me to its restart - where I've to sort the menu all over again and make it to the payment gateway. it's high time you fix this
