3 stars: I'm in love with the brand, however, I haven't had a seamless experience with the app. I've placed orders twice on the app, and on both occasions, it simply wouldn't allow me to complete the purchase with my card details, irrespective of debit or credit card. I'm able to complete the purchase only if I opt for Cash on Delivery. That isn't so convenient. Not sure if it's just me, but it did seem like a bug in the app.
4 stars: Love love love H\u0026M! Fashionable and cheap but still worth the money! Just the same with this app! Simply satisfied despite the fact that shipping (in germany) is just possible with hermes which is kinda crappy. And the most common sizes are not in stock oftentimes... Well, whatever I look cute in my H\u0026Ms! Pleased!

3 stars: Great but a few bugs. Bugs: when the cheaper sale price is not visible on my favourites; when some size guides don't load up at all; and when I can't load an item grom my favourites....
4 stars: I had pretty good experience with H\u0026M until I updated this app yesterday. My favs gets updated by itself and the one I liked is nowhere to be found. Please fix this problem!
4 stars: Good app, easy to use. The only real criticism is having all colour options as a separate item while also showing all other colour options on each item.
