3 stars: It's a great resource for a work out. But these constant pop ups are a deal breaker. I turned the water reminder off. But there are 4 or 5 other daily reminders. I have looked all over this app. There is no way to shut off all the daily pop up reminders. Some people might like or need constant pop up reminders to drink water or stretch your neck. But they are constant!! Uninstalled after a week.
5 stars: So I've always had a problem with my weight. I'm not fat just always fluctuating between skinny, average, and thick and I have a hardtime finding my middle ground. I used to workout a lot and fell off. I thought these small workouts would be puney but it turns out I'm feeling the burn just from the very first session! Hoping this will take me very far in my weight loss goals! Thank you!
4 stars: I love this app. It is completely free and completely amazing. It has a lot of different things besides just exercises to help you be healthy. The only down side is the voice, but every free app has the same one. You just have to deal with it and the ads.
5 stars: There is a great feedback at the end. It also explains what i shoukd be doing so even if i dont get it the fist time there is a pvoice over. Its my first day and i already love it.
