5 stars: Happy with the service. Using the app mainly for getting homecooked meals delivered to my workplace. Thankful to this app. Sometimes however there is no delivery partner available and need to keep trying repeatedly to place the order. As feedback would advise to increase the number of delivery partners.
4 stars: one less star cause of the payment glitches in Amazon and PayPal, which I've been facing since I've started using Dunzo. I'm just not able to make any transaction through the cited e-wallets. on selecting, the app freezes which leads me to its restart - where I've to sort the menu all over again and make it to the payment gateway. it's high time you fix this
5 stars: A very good app for all solutions...!! But don't know why they are not good with maps even gaint google has started supporting the people by funds...!! Can get a better UI and better mostly live tracking experience.
4 stars: Dunzo is a life saver. The experience has been good so far and hoping it'd remain the same in the future too. It'd be even better if they expand the serviceable region and slash the prices a bit. Regarding the app and interface, there are glitches in the live tracking. That aspect could be developed.
5 stars: I never knew how much I missed this app all my life until I started using it. I sincerely hope that it won't be taken over by some giant because this one is a brilliant idea and I love how it makes my life so much easier and better! I would give it a hund...
