3 stars: After latest update, my phone will not auto sync my inbox, so I'm not getting notifications at all. When I open the inbox, it takes 20 seconds or so for the new mail to load. All settings in my phone and app are correct as I've checked several times trying to resolve. I use this email for work, so I need notifications real time. Please fix this.
3 stars: On windows 7 email does not seem to have spell check or an easy cut and paste. Probably a way but too hard for me to do. Also can't delete email addresses, some of which are spam or decreased people. I don't want a calendar. Use paper for that. Just want spell check, easy cut and paste, and for groups to be easy to set up. For groups I go back to a group email, delete the body, and reply all. I don't like having to manually delete the \
5 stars: I tried several other apps that promised to provide a basic email client but not one of them would connect to my mail provider (BT) using the IMAP (protocol). Outlook connected like a dream and has remained thoroughly reliable for the three weeks up to now. It provides a clean simple interface that does all that i ask of am email app. I'll be sure to update this review in the event of problems down the line!
4 stars: Mostly good, a recent upgrade to Android 8.1 made the custom Outlook sounds unavailable. Not a show stopper, but annoying. Really... Really.. Really want to be able to add contacts through the mobile version to Exchange server...
