4 stars: I'm enjoying it so far. The structure is much needed by me. One small issue so far. I am doing the Stress pack. I've found a few times that when I select a certain session length, the version that loads is incorrect timewise. E.g. a ten min session ran for 20 mins plus the preamble, and I was nearly late for work. Just now I selected 20 mins and it only ran to 10.
5 stars: Tim Ferriss recommended this app and, as usual, he was right. I've never had the patience or discipline to meditate until now, and it's changed my life. This app is beautiful and well made. $12.99 per month ($5.84 with annual subscription). For comparison, Calm is $59.99/year (averages to $4.99/month). Both excellent apps. Try them both. Get a feel for what you like more. You really can't go wrong.
