4 stars: mostly easy to use. one star off because you had to personally submit compound medications and its a hassel
5 stars: Easy to use app. I simply upload photos of my reciepts on the way home after each appointment and recieve my reimbursement quickly.
5 stars: Easy to use, with clear information about my coverage. And submitting claims through the app is really easy.
5 stars: I don't use it often, but everytime I do it works well and efficient. I even got audited by them one time and that was smooth process as well.
