5 stars: Loving it. Ive only been doing it for two weeks, but I have no urge to try another app. If I were to change something it would to be to add a low carb option for the meals. But I hear that more meal options are coming. Beginners setting is truly for beginners, and it makes me confident I can complete the workouts and improve. Instead of having to finish it early and eventually give up as I have done with others that have a similar format.
5 stars: This app has changed my life! No matter what your goals are , there is a workout for you and most of them are only 30 min of your day! This app also has a meal program that makes eating healthy so much easier !Vegan, pescatarian, or a meat eater ,no searching the internet for meals its all right here in this AMAZING app!

This holistic app give me a proper plan and guide to follow with a back up of the most supportive community there is. If you are looking to get healthier. You should definitely do this program

5 stars: I just started week 1. I am using Anna's suggestion of using Shred as cardio for Tone. it helps cardio not be boring. The workouts are great, great weight suggestions. I found myself modifying some exercises without weight until form is better. I am so happy with this app!
