5 stars: i am the first one to review all new suzuki connect May 22 - 2019 , its awesome for my nexa ciaz car. its helped me alot , its worth at every penny , 10K INR for three years...its must have one in modern days. this gives us a luxury feel like other big manufaturer have ..and happy to use thise services in my Nexa car. thanks team to develop such great innovation and idea.
3 stars: What's was wrong with NEXA app. Anybody? I know it was slow but they could have just given some updates. This new app is also similar.
3 stars: Good app. Its good decision to decouple it from nexa app. But facing many issues like sometimes it does not load properly and does not send updates. Biggest issue is that if suzuki connect is connected with baleno 2019 facelift then no alerts or vehicle information is displayed on infotainment system. Seems to be design flow in new baleno. Raised this with dealership but there is no update yet on this.
3 stars: Not that much useful, GPS isn't perfect, other features are not that much useful. Need at least showing vehicle lock status.
5 stars: This app is really very useful. There are few bugs but customer care agents have helped me with correct steps to overcome them. This app is worth investment. Looking for great updates in future like Hyundai has recently introduced.
