5 stars: it's a good soft phone service I've been using for about 3 years now. i have an occasional glitch every now and again but i can't specifically say if it's an issue with the app or my service provider. in any event fortunately this seems to be in the minority of instances.
4 stars: Great App. Just need to find out how to turn off call waiting or turn down the beep volume as it is very loud when trying to have a conversation
