5 stars: Awesome App! I have tried other fitness apps but this one is by far the best. It shows you how to do each exercise and it has a good variety of fitness plans. This is now my favorite fitness app out there!
3 stars: It's good, except for ads!!! Would have rated better but the ads are ridiculous!!!😡 I can understand ads in the app itself but ads pop up all the time even when not in that app. It's ridiculous!!!

4 stars: The app is good with almost all the exercises but the add will appear every now and then..so don't allow the app to access your phone.It will stop the adds to show up.

4 stars: definately doable my first workout was only I minutes so there no excuses everyone can find 8 minutes of time. I like that they show you exactly how to do it there is good motivating music and the workout was good I felt the burn I feel good about keeping this up
