4 stars: Overall its a really good app. In my view the payed version really lacks direct access to vital informations. Eg. How to breathe ( I really mean belly, chest, mouth etc.) when inhaling is short and exhaling is long or voce versa. As well I would like to have readily available on screen infos on the specific pattern in use. Not to have to look for it. Thank you for your work
5 stars: I have been doing breath control and meditation for many years buy this app brings the experience of retaining a high level of consciousness to a new level. I am so glad my friend shared this with me. Recommended for anybody needing calmness and meditative insight in their life.

3 stars: Not what I was hoping for. I am looking for integrative breathing exercises. Even though I've done a lot of deep breathing exercises I still found this app confusing. I think it needs more tutorials and directions.
