5 stars: You actually can feel it working in each area. When you're done it feels like you actually put in work. I'd recommend this app to anyone because it also gives you the options to choose which one you think would work for your body type.
5 stars: has a load of exercise options to choose from; from area specific exercises, to choosing your preferred outcome (weightless vs muscle gain), to energizing stretch exercises. voice coach and optional music in the background really get you and keep you focused. you do need wifi or data though to download the video exercises. but goes beyond what i expected, and FOR FREE
5 stars: I needed to start working out I needed something easy and quick to get me going and this seems to be the thing!there aren't a lot of exercises to remember you can watch the video while you're working out they give you time to set yourself up before you start it's the simplest and easiest thing to use that I've come across. and the best thing it's free!
