3 stars: The values for mortgage insurance is way high and several other values are way off. the affordability calculator versus the payment calculator do not give the same value for monthly payment even if all the info is the same. It also differs from telhe zillow mortgage website.
3 stars: This is pretty good but doesn't state if this is conventional or fha. It also doesn't consider pmi if you have a down-payment of less than 20% which could be a hundred or more per month depending on loan size.

5 stars: This app is great. I'm a real estate broker and I use this app all the time to estimate mortgage payments and compare financing options. I've successfully financed three of my own transactions through a national lender I found using the app. The mortgage rates and terms were unmatched by local lenders. The closing on each deal occurred flawlessly and without any last minute issues.
