3 stars: I haven't used a lot and all the features but this is a good App and makes travel and check-in a lot easier. I would recommend to add in few options like 1. Cheapest flights along with option to provide from/to and return as two different locations, say fly from London to Rome and Return from Pisa to London. 2. Option to see past bookings and also 3. payment information too.
5 stars: easy to use, I have no problems with it, keeps your flight details once you have made your check-in so no need for wifi
5 stars: Very smooth app from start to finish. Integrates with google pay to store your flight tickets, which is pretty cool! What could be improved: Buying meals and other goodies from the app (rather than redirecting to the per-order website). Gatwick North Terminal self-check-in is awesome too (can the same be done in other airports too?).
4 stars: Perhaps my fault but missed the tag with number of passengers. Went right through the process trying to add my wife. I thought I could add her after booking the first seat. I couldn't so had to start again. Perhaps it could be made more idiot proof!
3 stars: Purchasing tickets and checking in are fairly easy and straightforward compared to other apps. However, a MAJOR FLOP is the impossibility to add seats or any extras to an inbound flight once the outbound flight has veen completed, if the outbound+inbound are purchased on the same booking code.
