3 stars: Good until late into level
4 stars: Simple, yet stratigic. I recommend stepping up the speed to the next time frame or you will be there all day. Gives a good balance to spreading your disease vs. affecting infrastructure vs. attacking government vs. creating natural disasters. All elements are there to work with...land, sea, air, livestock...etc.
5 stars: This pathogen game needs to be more pathogen friendly.
