3 stars: cancellation is unfair they tell you that you can use your money on a later reservation over the phone then email you to say your not on the system total rip off i class it as fraud. especialy when a family member died n we couldnt make our stay. appalling
4 stars: After the latest update, I can't switch from imperial to metric system.. it's really frustratring..... sort it out and you will get 5 stars again..

3 stars: Lists. Keeps creating new lists, each called 'My Next Trip,' every time I open the app - this is despite me having 2 or 3 separate lists already each with their own names. Then when I try to save a new hotel to one of my lists, it instead saves it to the new 'My Next Trip.' STOP AUTOMATICALLY CREATING LISTS!
5 stars: Best ever, booked for 12 and 3 different hotels in 3 different cities and no issues. They also do price matching so I won't use anyone else.
