4 stars: Absolutely love this app/website but a small complaint though. As I have mentioned before, I hope you guys will improve on the tracking. My item states that it is Out for Delivery but it also states that it is still in Incheon. It is very confusing and I have no idea when to gauge when my item is arriving.
