5 stars: l brought this for xmas for my 2 boys and they loved it! Instructions and setup was simple and worked perfectly. l was going to purchase more stories online but was disappointed to see you only ship to US and not Australia. l hope you will ship to our country soon considering l brought this pack in Kmart our department store.
5 stars: It's unfortunate you will see a lot of negative feedback about this product. The servers crashed Christmas Eve and everyone jumped to complain about it. I understand kids are sad for a night but I had a lot of explanation through the app help chat to explain the problem. It is now resolved and I love this app and the moonlight projector. My daughter loves it and I fully recommend it.
4 stars: I found the tech help amazing. They helped me resolve it very quickly. I'm just sad it doesn't read the stories. I guess when I bought them they had audio narration. Still fun for my kids.
3 stars: The idea of the app and projector is great, it's just annoying when i have to turn the reel, it moves so I have to try and align it again but the bullseye only show before the story starts. I wish the sound effects were a bit louder and there was an option to lower...
