3 stars: Bought a new Jeep Cherokee last month so I'm putting to use my free trial here. So far so eh. Vehicle updates are very... I mean VERY slow. So are command transactions. I hope it improves before my trial expires, if it doesn't I think it's fair to say i would not subscribe.
3 stars: So for me with my 2019 Ram 1500 limited the app works well. I have not seen the difficulty logging in that others have reported. Only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is the considerable lag between hitting the button and competing the actions.
4 stars: Works great for me. I'd imagine real rural areas do not work very well since it rides the Sprint network.
5 stars: Overall the app works as expected, it's just a bit sad that you can log into the app with your finger print, yet you still have to type your pin when using the remote key fob operations. Why not just ask for my finger print again?

5 stars: I have to update my phone to the latest software to use the app. I am running Android 8.1 with July 2018 security patch. There is no possible way too upgrade to newer software. There is no newer software than what I am using. Just took the update and same problem. This is really pathetic.
