3 stars: This app is not enough reliable. As a business owner I saw that some of my reviews are sensored by app and that said to me we decided to do not show some of the reviews to other people. In these case I don't trust to this app because the reviews are not real.
5 stars: I really enjoy using Yelp, I use it the most when I'm ordering takeout from a place I've never been to. Seeing all the photos of the dishes the restaurant serves is very helpful, not to mention the reviews. I also use it for looking up reviews on physicians and all types of other establishments.
4 stars: Great for finding good restaurants when traveling, or looking for something new and on the run. Sometimes the map is not completely comprehensive and I wish the filters were easier to use on mobile.
5 stars: Yelp is my go to for information on all businesses no matter where I travel. The Open Now filter is extremely handy. I also read reviews, look at photos, and consider star ratings when making conscious consumer decisions. I frequently participate in the Yelp community as a reviewer.
5 stars: I've been using Yelp for years and it hasn't really ever let me down. Develop yourself a way of filtering out the folks that seem to be paid reviewers though
