3 stars: It works for what it needs to. Hopefully 6dof controllers can improve, but needs more input buttons on them as well. Wish I could move screen manually on the vertical axis and lock it too.
4 stars: Nice VR experience for just a phone and a headset. The recent update to Android 9.0 means that you have to disable notifications to get any sound, which wasn't clear and a bit of a shame that I had to find out through trial and error.

4 stars: Android pie fixed this app. It actually works again, plus they added a better tutorial mode. The VR keyboard though occasionally becomes unresponsive and you have to restart the app, taking the phone out and putting it back in, which is super annoying.
5 stars: I bought daydream view 2 on a half price a few days ago, and it works very good with my pixel 2. Never crashed, lagged, or had overheat issues. Most apps are well-made and the experience is incredible.
