4 stars: I'd give five stars if drivers checked orders for accuracy at the restaurants. Customer service is great and the drivers are always polite (small town so i get the same people often).

4 stars: Easy to use & love that it features locally owned restaurants. The only issue I have is that there is no place to indicate whether you need plastic utensils or not & I'm getting quite a collection. I've put in the comment section of the items I order "no utensils needed" but I always gets them. Have even put it in driver's instruction area.
