5 stars: I have being a seen a lot of negative comments and was not sure if I should trust Zomato but since I started using it from past 2 weeks. I can assure you I find deals and delivery time better than Swiggy and coverage of area is good. Another good thing that I wanna point to is the new system of live tracking that is really helpful in guiding the rider in the right direction. But one negative point the chat support is not as active as it should be compared to Swiggy and food panda and I am still happy on refund as I never had to go through that process yet.
4 stars: The bad: No easy access to Zomato reviews - I have to open a separate app just to check reviews!
3 stars: Buggy Sometimes there's a ghost in the machine and the ghost will let you pay by cash on delivery, but it won't let you pay by card, especially if there's a promo code spelling a discount.
4 stars: The problem is just the deliver charges are high here .......atleast they shud keep a minimum order for minus the deliver charges ...otherwse u guyxx are very help ful as compqre to swiggy ....
5 stars: Excellent app to order Food. Easy to use menu with many restaurant options. Always had a gr8 experience with easy payments and timely delivery. Really love it.
