3 stars: I loved the first Heart's Medicine game to where as soon as I could I brought the full game for Hospital Heat. As always the storyline is amazing it is obvious that a lot of care was put into it. The game play this time around, however wasn't as fun. The mini games are better and the array of actions and characters you play are great. I did not like how when ringing out customers if I was to click for another task to be completed instead of finishing out the line Allison would immediately go to that new task. This messed up many levels for me to the point where I just continued playing without mastering the levels. Oliver is also harder to recognize and find, which is a blessing and a curse. It's great as I found him too easy to find in the last game, however on the levels where the goals were harder to meet Oliver was more of a distraction. Even on the easy setting this game was challenging... And not in a good way. I still have goals to meet, characters to unlock and Olivers to find, however I do not find myself wanting to play through this game again and again like with the first. I hope for the third installment they find the balance again, because at this point I don't see myself paying for part three as if I'm putting my money towards a game (especially one for my phone) it needs to be one I want to keep playing again and again.
